1. Acceptance of Terms
Proper Lawyer; henceforth: "we," "our," or "us". By accessing or using our CRUD application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Use of the Service
- User Accounts: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or its servers.
3. User Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Proper Lawyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. Proper Lawyer is not responsible for any User Content posted by users.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and logos, are the property of Proper Lawyer or its licensors.
- License: Subject to these Terms, Proper Lawyer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
5. Termination
Proper Lawyer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Proper Lawyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any material changes will be notified by posting the updated terms on our website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ontario Court of Justice.
